Why I Chose the Hartt Community Division

Our students range in age from newborn to adult and participate in a wide range of programs, from private lessons and First Steps classes, to tap dance and ballet, to choral and instrumental ensembles. Not only do our programs offer our students the chance to study music and dance intensively, but also offer a multitude of performance opportunities, all within a collegial, welcoming, encouraging environment. Some of our students have been generous enough to share with us why they chose to study here, and how they have benefited by doing so.
