Erik graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a B.A. in Psychology. He recently moved to Hartford from Chicago where he was a manager in the Family Medical Leave Division of the ComPsych Corporation. At ComPsych, he worked extensively in the areas of database management, customer service and employee training. He helped build the department from 15 to 50 employees to assist the rapidly growing market for such services. During his tenure, the FMLA department went from servicing 50 to more than 200 companies throughout North America.

Erik joined to Community Division staff in January of 2011 and is excited to be in Hartford. He has spent much of his down time exploring the region. Erik enjoys ballroom dancing and has an appreciation for a variety of music.
