Adult Chamber Music
Performing in a chamber ensemble is one of the most rewarding experiences for any musician. Participants enjoy the challenge of playing an independent part, the richness of the repertoire, and the close personal contact among colleagues.
The adult chamber music program at Hartt is open to string, piano, woodwind, and brass players. Ensembles are organized by interest and ability and are coached by Community Division faculty.
The chamber music program will be divided into fall and spring sessions for the 2011-2012 year, each culminating in an end-of-session recital. Although we encourage everyone to participate in these recitals it is not obligatory.
