Youth Dance (age 8-15)
Dance combines athleticism with art in an interesting and meaningful way. Students learn artistry, coordination, and confidence while spending time with their peers.
We offer a wide variety of classes for youth age 8-15 including tap, ballet, jazz, and hip hop. For dancers seeking pre-professional training, Hartt also offers an intensive program, which is based in ballet technique and includes classes in jazz and modern dance.
All classes are held in either the Mort & Irma Handel Performing Arts Center, or at Simsmore Square in Simsbury.
