Request Private Lessons

Please fill out the form below to request placement with a private lesson teacher. You should hear from one of our teachers or office staff within one week of submission. Requests for specific teachers will be honored when possible, but placement with a specific teacher cannot be guaranteed.

Filling out this form does not constitute registration. This form is only to request placement with a teacher for new students. Registration forms can be downloaded on the registration page.

2011-2012 Private Lesson Tuition Rates

Rates are based on the location and length of lessons taken.  Middletown rates only apply to Middletown residents who study at the Middletown satellite. Non-residents pay the regular lesson rate. 

Need-based financial aid may be available through the Fund for Access.
