John Holder, Tecnhical Director of the Kent McCray Theater in the Mort and Irma Handel Performing Arts Center, is being honored at the 10th Anniversary celebration of the HartBeat Ensemble, Hartford's community-centric theater. Holder is being honored for his Outstanding Service to the Theater Community on September 24 at the Mark Twain House & Museum.  When hearing the news that he was being awarded this honor Holder said, “I don't help our colleagues out expecting a reward.  Most of the time it's interesting and challenging work, and lots of fun as well!  Plus, I have the pleasure of getting different types of technicians, who might never have met each other, together.” Click here for more information about the celebration.
