HARTT STUDENTS AND FACULTY IN A CHRISTMAS CAROL AT HARTFORD STAGE

Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol - A Ghost Story of Christmas, Connecticut's beloved holiday tradition, returns to Hartford Stage for its 14th season. Adapted and originally directed for the stage by Michael Wilson, and now directed by Hartford Stage resident director and Hartt alumnus Maxwell Williams, Dickens' timeless inspiring masterpiece runs from now through December 30, 2011.

Hartt students acting in A Christmas Carol include Ben Cole, Alana Fallis, Mark Ford, Nicholas Giuliani, Morgan Hammel, Laura Helm, Tom Rash, Timothy Rizzo, Alex Saffer, Charles South, Kirsten Tarczynski, Sophia Watt, and Salvatore Zullo.

Hartt faculty performing include Robert Hannon Davis as Bob Cratchit and Mr. Fezziwig; Johanna Morrison as Bettye Pidgeon and the Spirit of Christmas Past; and Alan Rust (pictured) as Bert and the Spirit of Christmas Present.

Tickets for A Christmas Carol are on sale now and can be purchased by calling 860-527-5151 or by visiting www.hartfordstage.org. Tickets for A Christmas Carol are $24 - $69; children 12 and under save $10. The production runs through December 30. Evening performances are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 7:30 PM. There are no evening performances on December 24 and 28. Matinee performances are Saturdays and Sundays at 2:00 PM. There is no performance on December 25.
