Summerterm Housing Information
The facility used for Hartt Summer Term 2012 is Park River. Park River is a apartment style dorm offering single and double guest rooms with a central living room and kitchenette. Each bed room is furnished with beds, closets, dressers, and desks and offer phone and internet jacks as well as wireless internet access. The rooms are also equipped with A/C and heat with adjustable thermostats. There is one bathroom for each suite. $35 per person per night / based on double occupancy (requests for singles will try to be honored but not guaranteed)
Facility and Furnishings
Guests usually brings lamps, bedspreads, blankets, and pillows with them. Weekly rental available for linens: sheets, pillowcase, bath towels and face cloths. Laundry rooms and public phones are available in each building.
Please note that none of the housing options come with pillows, blankets, utensils for cooking, lamps or a telephone. These items need to be supplied by the guest. The summer housing office will supply shower curtains, trash bags, vacuums and cleaning supplies should anyone want to borrow them.

Linen Rental / $25 per package
While daily housekeeping in guestrooms is not available, groups that have prearranged for the linen exchange service may receive clean linen on a weekly basis. Linen rental includes: sheets, pillowcase, bath towels and face cloths. The Summer Housing Office will coordinate the exchange. Laundry Rooms are available in each building for guests supplying their own linen.
Custodial Service
Daily custodial service is not available; all rooms are cleaned prior to guest arrivals. We advise all guests to remove all garbage to prevent any damage fees.
Parking / $45.00 per guest
Guests must register their cars with Public Safety. The charge is $45.00 for each car on campus. The parking fee of $45.00 must be payed directly to Public Safety.
Sports Center / $45.00 for entire stay
Sports Center usage is available for a charge of $45. This can be done through the Summer Housing Office. Options include: indoor/outdoor pool, state of the art workout areas with equipment, basketball, tennis and more.
Telephone and Internet Access
Telephone and Internet access is available in each room. Guests must provide necessary equipment for these services. Instructions and requirements for connecting to the Internet and placing telephone calls can be obtained in the Summer Housing Office.
Miscellaneous
Guest may choose to bring the following items: telephone, computer, additional lighting, pillow, bedspread and/or comforter. The Summer Housing Office will supply shower curtains. Trash bags, vacuums and cleaning supplies are also available for guest use.
All campus and area maps/local information including bus, train and airport information is available in the Summer Housing Office.
All rates, promotions, and contracted event space is subject to change per University bi-laws. The University reserves the right to make space alterations when deemed necessary.
